Introducing Chef David Martin ...
Chef Dave has worked in some of the finest kitchens in Vancouver and abroad. He has been Sous Chef at Il Giardino, Hawksworth restaurant and most recently Executive Sous Chef at the Wedgewood Hotel. Before moving to Vancouver, Chef Dave managed the award-winning fine dining Aria Restaurant in Australia.
We are thrilled to have him leading the Kitchen team at Ten Ten Tapas, bringing our tapas dining experience to a whole new level.

Ten Ten Tapas is owned and managed by Diane & Derek Oelmann. Following a successful career in the Tech Industry (Derek) and owning a prominent Condo Management company (Diane), the mother & son team embarked on the adventure of opening up a waterfront Bistro. Truly a family-run-business, brother-in-law Pierre is in the bar and his son, Justin, works in the kitchen.
Originally from Montreal, Diane & Derek styled the restaurant after the famous Jazz Clubs of Montreal (Biddles Jazz & Ribs, Upstairs Jazz Bar & Grill, etc.) where great food, wine and live music is enjoyed amongst friends. "We wanted to create a casual, fun atmosphere where people feel right at home and share great food with friends. For us, tapas is all about sharing."
We support local businesses by buying local whenever possible.
In the summer, we grow our own herbs and edible flowers in the garden outside.
